Tim brings a legal background to his real estate practice. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee(Magna Cum Laude) in 1994, he attended the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he graduated in just over two years. His professional experience includes civil litigation in private practice and several years with Wireless Facilities, Inc. (WFI), an international wireless telecommunications corporation headquartered in San Diego, California. While with WFI Tim was responsible for developing cell tower networks in Metro Milwaukee and Metro Madison for several national clients.

He successfully negotiated on behalf of his clients before diverse audiences, including Plan Commissions, Common Councils, Village Boards, City and Village Attorneys, Planning and Zoning Directors, Department of Administration personnel, and Building Inspectors. His understanding of how municipalities affect homeowners is a valuable resource for buyers and sellers interested in new development or renovations to existing homes. His legal background provides a tremendous set of benefits to the buyers and sellers that he works with.

Marketing Manager

Tracy began her career with a commercial interiors firm. After completing her degree in Marketing Management, she spent ten years as a marketing coordinator drafting marketing letters, materials, and presentations for a staff of sales professionals. She was also responsible for new business development and generation, coordinating all event planning and advertising efforts. Tracy provides key marketing advice on each of Billy and Tim’s listings.
